Need to Buy a Home Now? Get a Buyer Agent…Please!
I just had another call from a frenzied buyer hoping to beat the deadline for the $8000 home buyer credit. They saw one of my listings in the MLS and wanted to take a look at it. The bad news is that home already has several offers on it already. The seller will be choosing one today.
