Social Media is here to stay!

Sites like Facebook are becoming the local cafes of our current age! People can’t go without their daily dose of friend connection.  Our company now has a page on Facebook  under eSaleHomes Realty Inc.  We are also on Twitter! In this day and age of lightning speed information, it is very important to be ahead of the pack with all of our marketing efforts.

To access our Facebook page, you can type “eSaleHomes Realty Inc.” into the search box at the top of your Facebook home page or better yet, just scroll down to the lower right hand side of this blog page and see our Facebook Fan Box. Add us to your page and be a fan! By doing that you will receive up to the minute updates on all of our new listings and pertinent Colorado Springs real estate information.

To follow me on Twitter, just do a seach for @esalechick. Become one of my followers to get tweets each time I post.  Lots of people do searches on Twitter for real estate agents in a particular city such as Colorado Springs.  Social media sites are just one more way to expose your home’s listing to more people.  We see evidence of it working every day.

What does all of this really mean? Well, it means that I am always thinking of new ways to market my Colorado Springs real estate services.  Any Colorado Springs Realtor can put your home in the MLS. The real key is does that agent think enough to go the extra mile with Social Media Marketing? Probably not.
